Kokerboom Studio is a small web design and digital consulting practice based in Windhoek, Namibia — named after the quiver tree that grows where the ground gives it almost nothing.

We work with small and growing Southern African businesses: the hair salon booked solid on WhatsApp, the guesthouse with no site at all, the consultant who's outgrown a Facebook page. Businesses that don't have a marketing budget — just a real need to be found online.

So we changed how the first step works. Instead of asking for a deposit and a leap of faith, we build your demo first — a real site you can click through on your own phone — and only ask for payment once you've seen it and said yes.

You'll deal with the person actually building your site, not an account manager relaying messages. Afrikaans or English, whichever you're more comfortable in. And if a question comes up on a Tuesday evening, WhatsApp is still the fastest way to reach us.
